Suzan Baucum has a record of gaining broad based support – from unions, law enforcement and professional organizations. They’ve looked closely and agreed that Suzan has what it takes to be a great Judge.
Suzan is meeting with organizations and associations to earn support and answer questions from their members. Here are the organizations who have endorsed Suzan for Las Vegas Justice of the Peace, Department 13!
Las Vegas Review Journal
“There are two qualified candidates for Justice of the Peace in Department 13. But the energy and demeanor of Suzan Baucum, who recently retired as director of the Nevada Law Foundation and now hears between 50 and 75 court cases per day as a judge pro tem in three different municipal and justice courts, make her a better choice than James Gubler.”

ENDORSEMENT ADVICE:
Here’s a little advice. When your opponent receives endorsements, don’t waste time ridiculing them.
LAS VEGAS – It’s bound to backfire, as in the justice of the peace race between Jim Gubler and Suzan Baucum. Gubler was inaccurately critical of Baucum’s armload of major endorsements, then was chastised by Las Vegas Review-Journal columnist Jane Ann Morrison, creating fodder for a bruising Baucum mass mailer.
